PORTRAITS

One Hour Session = $250 + tax

- Each hour of portrait session includes 5 enhanced digital photos for download

- Additional ENHANCED digital photos can be purchased & downloaded for $10 each

- Additional UN-ENHANCED digital photos can be purchased & downloaded for $3 each

- Client retains full and unlimited printing rights for the photos purchased

- Although our web site does offer access to printing, printing is done at the sole expense of the Client

- Client ONLY retains download and printing rights to 5 photos chosen from each hour of session + any additional photos purchased (Enhanced = $10 each, Unenhanced = $3 each).

- If the location chosen for pictures requires a fee for photography, this expense will be added to Client's total.

BUSSINESS/CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY

HEADSHOTS - on site with studio setup or office setting = $35 + tax per headshot (minimum $500 + tax)

Candid/Branding - on site photography or office activity, branding or candid employee = $200 + tax per hour 

Architectural - photography of office space and building = (see "Real Estate" pricing)

Aerial photography - (see "Drone" pricing)

WEDDING/EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Up to 12 hours of Photography Coverage = $2000 + tax

- Client retains download and printing rights to ALL photos taken from the Event

- Client retains full and unlimited printing rights for the photos purchased

- Although our web site does offer access to printing, printing is done at the sole expense of the Client

- If the location chosen for pictures requires a fee for photography, this expense will be added to Client’s total.

- Additional Coverage Time for Wedding/Event = $165 per hour

REAL ESTATE - PHOTOGRAPHY

- 30 Photos

- Up to 2500 square feet $150+tax

- 2500-3999 square feet $200+tax

- 4000-5999 square feet $300+tax

- 6000+ square feet contact for quote

*add drone video $150 for 1 minute edited video to music

*add pins & property lines to up to 5 photos $50+tax

Silver Package = $2500 + tax

- Up to 12 hour one day event covered
- Highlights of entire event captured with one camera

- Minimum 15 minute final video delivered digitally for download

Bronze Package = $2000 + tax

- Up to 12 hour one day event covered

*song(s) must be selected from those available for licensing on soundstrip.com or songfreedom.com – if song licensing fee exceeds $50, the additional cost will be added to the Client’s final bill.
